Genesis Protect consists of a bundle of separate third-party products and services, each of which is provided directly to you by a different service provider. Each service is distinct and has its own terms and conditions, which may include, among other things, binding arbitration agreements, jury waivers, provisions relating to termination of service, and limitations of liability. By subscribing to a Genesis Protect plan, you understand you are required to agree to the terms and conditions established by each third-party service provider if you wish to receive their applicable services, and you must also acknowledge that you have read such terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to a particular service (or your use of a particular service) provided as part of Genesis Protect, the terms and conditions applicable to the particular service will govern the resolution of any such dispute, claim, question or disagreement between you and the third-party service provider, and you agree that you must look solely to the applicable third-party service provider to resolve any such dispute, claim, question or disagreement.
